They find stocks of good companies that are greatly under valued and invest in those.

The most famous of these bargain shopper investors is Warren Buffett, who created these tables and wrote a whole essay in the Appendix of Benjamin Graham’s Book The Intelligent Investor to show you that there is a learnable method on how to beat the stock market.
