Mission

You need a team of people – bookkeepers, accountants, lawyers, bankers, insurance agents, staff, contractors, etc.

You need leadership to have a team, and to hold the vision for your business.

The leader is there to cheer people on, keep people accountable to the mission, and attract talent and funding!

Learn leadership by volunteering to lead projects at your church, school or other community organizations.

Cash Flow

Profits are not cash flow.

Be sure to understand the money coming in and where it’s going out.
