…there was a part that really caught my attention on Keystone habits…

…he talked about how changing one Keystone habit can be the trigger to changing a lot of other habits…

…and one Keystone habit was exercise…

…if someone started to exercise regularly, it oftentimes led to them eating healthier as well as using their Credit Cards less!!!

…I mean, how is that possible?

…yesterday I did the scope (follow me on Periscope @meyduldulao) about giving…

…I got to give a beautifully wrapped box of Big Island candies to one of the ladies who work at the Day Care Center at our gym…

…she helps watch our son Jordan while we work out…

…and it felt really good to give…

…I first started giving money regularly about 7 years ago when I started following T H Eker’s Millionaire Mind budget (Click here for more info on the budget)…

…so in that budget you save 5%-10% of your income for our GIVE account…

…when I started doing that, I instantly felt rich…

…why?

…because whenever there was a charity drive or someone asked me to donate, if it was a cause I believed in, I had enough money to donate between $25 to $100…

…so I instantly felt rich, generous, prosperous, financially free…
