…my first story is about a friend I met when I joined our current internet marketing company…
…he used to be corporate exec living large, with a grand house, and all the perks that money can buy…
…then he decided to quit and create his own business, which were kiosks in the mall selling phones…
…his business started running him into the ground, with the massive overhead, and he actually closed it down while he was starting up in his internet business…
…he also sold his house, and was renting while waiting to buy a condo…
…I asked him where all his money went…
…he told me that every year, the dealer would have a new model BMW, and he just had to get it…every year…

…at the end of the turmoil his wife divorced him and I actually met him back when I was online dating…
…he managed to keep 2 or 3 properties which he converted into medical marijuana farms…
…when I met him, he was in his mid 30s and spent all his day training for triathlons and working on his health…
