What a nice post!. I’m trying to stick to a schedule. One of my activities is to work out 3 times a week. Every time I put something else first (have 3 kids) and get distracted with other chores so I’m trying to turn that around. This post helps 😀 Thanks.
Thanks for the comment Sharon, working out everyday might be easier. It’s just like blogging, doing it 3 times a week is hard, doing it everyday is easy. You just need to schedule it in, maybe before they wake up…we go to a gym that has daycare.
