Let me tell you something personal
Let me tell you something personal.
I have a strong desire to be connected to other people in a positive way.
What I’m really saying is I want to be your friend.
I’ve talked to one of my business associates about this, being a friend and being a coach.
Can you be both?
Well, I believe that I can.
Let me tell you a little bit more about me.
I like to be alone in nature.
I really like swimming, running, and the beautiful beaches and scenery in Hawaii.
Sometimes I just smell the air and I talk about how wonderful it smells =)
I sell products and services that are FANTASTIC, but I still get nervous talking to others about them.
I still do it though even though it’s a little scary for me.
You might think this is funny, but I had spiritual direction that told me that if I share my story, it will help others.
So that’s why I’m blogging and doing these videos, courses, and sending you this e-mail.
Even today, my spiritual guidance was to share something personal with you.
So here I am writing up something personal to share with you.
Honestly, I want to know more about you.
Really I do.
I read all my e-mails, so go ahead and reach out to me like I’m reaching out to you.
Let me share some personal things about me first.
Did you know I meditate, pray and do healing work every morning and every evening?
I wake up at 5:15am everyday to meditate (and I go to bed at 9pm)!
I started in October of last year, because I was spiritually guided to do so.
It has changed my life.
Let me explain how.
I was hooked onto Jane Eyre last year, watched different movie versions of it all the time, thought about it constantly…lost sleep over it!
Before Jane Eyre I was addicted to a Chinese Youtube series called 10,000 Miles of Peach Blossoms.
The point is that I was suffering from addictive behavior that was unhealthy.
When I started meditating daily, it went away!
This is a big deal for me, because I’m getting more sleep!
Sleep is fantastic!
That’s my biggest breakthrough that I wanted to share with you.
The last thing I wanted to share with you is that I look at people and I spend time being with them.
I do not look on the phone and sometimes I don’t even bring it with me.
I’m old fashioned that way.
If you text me, I probably won’t respond right away…even if I hear the beep.
It’s because I’m with Jordan (my 7 year old) or Jomel (my husband) or someone else.
How would you feel, if I was with you and you were talking to me and I was looking at you and really listening…and my phone was beeping and I just ignored it?
That’s what I mean be connecting.
Be my friend =)
Tell me a little about you!
