When I still worked at the bank some days my knees hurt so much I could barely walk up the stairs when I got in the branch.

I knew something was wrong but I didn’t know how to fix it.

As you know, I quit my job in 2016 and I’m happy to say that I’m running again.  I ran almost 6 miles on Saturday, today I’m running about 5 miles and I did my leg stretches and exercises.

It takes me about 2 hours to run and do my leg routine.

I’m happy that I have the free time to spend on my health, on my physical fitness.

I have time to go to the doctor to get my knee surgery, to recover and to go through physical therapy and learn exercises to make me stronger.

I’m telling you this because I want this for you.
