Causality, Karma and Financial Freedom
…it’s Mey here on a very warm Monday evening in beautiful Honolulu Hawaii talking about Causality, Karma and Financial Freedom…
…I have a picture here of when I was pregnant with Jordan, a very definite cause and effect…
…wouldn’t you want to know how to cause financial freedom with the same certainty that pregnancy brings forth a new life?
…this post is inspired by A Spiritual Renegade’s Guide to the Good Life by Lama Marut…
CAUSALITY
…so, cause and effect…
…do you believe in cause and effect?
…if you work hard will you get rich?
…if you do Yoga will you get healthy?
…well, I know plenty of people who work much harder than me who make way less money…
…and, according to Lama Marut, 10% of Yoga practitioners suffer injuries doing Yoga!
…so then, suddenly there are all these exceptions…
…Working hard will make you rich except…
…Practicing Yoga will improve your health except…
…so the point is that Lama Marut says that we believe in a FAKE CAUSALITY, where the causes and and effects don’t always lead to each other…
KARMA
…so what is Karma?
…Lama Marut says Karma has a very real cause and effect, and that you will always get the same effect for the same cause…
…there are no Karma-free zones…
…so if you do a lot for charity then you will have good fortune come to you later…
…and if you steal from others then you will have things stolen from you later…
…guaranteed, every action we do is under the influence of karma…
FINANCIAL FREEDOM
…so if you want financial freedom then you must create financial freedom for others…
…what you give you receive…
…in addition, you must do the necessary actions of saving at least 10% of everything you make…
…you must take the time to learn to invest wisely, or learn to choose advisors who will do it for you…
…you must increase passive income while reducing or at least limiting expenses…
…take the time to be free…
…enjoy the time you have with your family and friends…
…enjoy doing what you love…
…for your freedom and the freedom you help others create will add to your good Karma…
What do you think?
Is there a difference between typical causality and Karma?
Can Good Karma really bring you more wealth?
