9-24-24 Create Heart-Brain Coherence and Financial Freedom Affirmations and Visualization
Today we did our live 6:15am Financial Freedom Affirmations and Visualization on Facebook and Instagram. We also did a new exercise to create heart-brain coherence! Doing the exercise 4 times a week for 7 minutes creates 23% more heart-brain coherence!
Heart-Brain Coherence Exercise
I learned this exercise on Sunday from the Take Back Your Mind podcast by Michael Beckwith. Here’s now it goes:
1) Focus on your heart, you can put your hand on it if you like
2) Breathe in and breathe out through your heart
3) Think about a time when you were supported and loved.
4) Feel the gratitude and love for those who supported and loved you.
