3 Ways to Flow With Money

3 Ways to Flow With Money

I was in Mexico from the middle of May to the beginning of June, and ever since I’ve been back I’ve felt in the flow with money.

We actually ended up with COVID and did quarantine there for 10 days, until we got a doctor’s note to leave.

During that time, I went through a lot of different thoughts and feelings.

The biggest was probably feeling guilty, for having Jordan get COVID and him missing the last week and a half of school.

I couldn’t sleep until I meditated, and realized that the guilt was keeping me from sleeping. Of course, I let it go and did some “I’m a great Mommmy” affirmations.

Jordan was super happy about the whole quarantine 😆.

Truthfully, once the initial fear of unknown was over, I relaxed and enjoyed learning Spanish, exploring the neighborhoods of Puerto Vallarta and living off of 1 backpack.

Coming back, problems that I once had have just disappeared. Solutions come easier…everything is in flow.

I want to give you that feeling of flow.

Are you afraid of the unknown of inflation, or the markets steady decline in stocks and crypto currency?

How would you feel if you knew these weren’t problems at all, and that money is everywhere, just flowing to and through us all?

#1 Money Fast Every Year

When we were in Mexico, each of us only had 1 backpack to carry all of our stuff.

I realized that living on 1 backpack for half a month was like going on a money fast.

I was living on less stuff, we were spending $15 a day to feed all 3 of us, and we just hung out.

When I got back to the U.S. all of the extra stuff seemed so trivial, and within 10 days we had simplified our things, gotten rid of excess stuff.

We are still doing it now, and it feels great!

I feel extremely wealthy, as I realize I have more than enough.

I feel so wealthy because I am giving so much away to others.

In addition, I have more money because the urge to buy stuff is completely gone.

Less is more – that’s what a money fast is all about.

Let me be clear, going on a money fast doesn’t mean never buy anything. It just means take the time to really appreciate what you already have, and buy only what you really need.

#2 Enjoy Your Life

I meditated a lot, watched movies, explored Puerto Vallarta and enjoyed myself and spending time with our family.

I really like simple things that usually don’t really cost that much.

I personally like jumping in the ocean (which is why I live near one), and being with my family, exploring the neighborhood, learning new languages and talking to people!

What do you really enjoy?

Have you ever noticed that people who are happy and enjoying their life seem so wealthy?

It’s because they are wealthy.

Wealth is not about how much money you have…although it can be a part of it.

Wealth is about you enjoying your life, accepting it’s gifts, having fun.

In your heart you know that’s true.

When you are happy, enjoying your life…you are fulfilled and you become attractive to others.

That’s why opportunities arise when you are happy and people want to hang out with you, and share their lives and good fortune with you.

Enjoying your life allows money, and energy and so much goodness to flow in your life.

#3 Let it Flow

Are you letting money flow or are you blocking it?

We love being with people, so naturally when Jomel’s best buddy invited him to his wedding in Mexico, we went.

When we got there and got COVID, I was stressed out over how we would pay for our $1,000 quarantine, and then the extended quarantine, and Jomel’s unpaid leave.

Fred, Jomel’s friend, told us that everyone wanted to help, they kept asking him how they can help.

So Fred brought us groceries and medicine.

Then he set up a Go Fund Me so that people could contribute money to help us pay for the added expenses.

Initially Jomel refused his help, but I accepted it!

I allowed money to flow to us. We didn’t ask for help, but people naturally wanted to help us. They had an amount of money they wanted to contribute to support us.

I learned at the Millionaire Mind Intensive I took back in 2011 that when you want to give someone something, it feels good. In order to allow the giving, the receiver must accept the gift!

Are you accepting gifts from others in your life?

Are you giving to others when you want to help?

When I was having money issues, I was blocking the flow by not receiving. I would say “No, it’s ok, I got this.”

When I learned how to accept gifts with a heartfelt “Thank you”, I allowed money to flow through my life. My life changed forever.

Do you allow the circulation of money in your life, do you let it flow by freely giving and receiving?
