5 Hacks That Will Get You A Community Of Mentors To Help You Become Financially Free

5 Hacks That Will Get You A Community Of Mentors To Help You Become Financially Free

How do you do something when you don’t know how?

Well, it’s super important to get a mentor…

…so you want to be financially free do you?

…do you have any mentors?

…I’m going to teach you some hacks/tips to finding the best mentors for you!

  1. Attend Live Trainings and Seminars on Financial Freedom

Want to meet people who are financially free?

There are trainings out there like the Millionaire Mind Experience, where only millionaires can be the trainers (for obvious reasons)…

…you can sign up for that, or other seminars and trainings…

PSI Seminars has a lot of people who are financially free who are excited to mentor others in what they know…

…I’m sure you have a favorite author or speaker who speaks about Financial freedom…

…if not, go the the seminars that I’ve suggested and start there…

  2. Read Books on Financial Freedom

My kungfu teacher used to say that his best friends were Confucius and Lao Tzu and Buddha…because he would wake up every morning and read what they taught…

…books written on financial freedom such as Think and Grow Rich, The Science of Getting Rich, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, It’s Not About The Money, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Cash Flow Quadrant, The Richest Man In Babylon, The Values Factor, The Millionaire Next Door…and so many more…

…you can have a mentor with you anytime you pick up a book and read…

…a tip taught to me by one of my financially free mentors is to read at least 20 minutes everyday…

  3. Listen to Audio Books on Financial Freedom

For my husband, reading a book is very challenging, however, listening to one is easy!

Go ahead and get a subscription to Audible or go to your local bookstore and purchase audiobooks that you can then download to an app on your phone, or burn to a CD.

We usually listen to audio books while we are working out in the gym, or walking to places…

Many people listen to audiobooks in their car while commuting to work.

Most books these days are easy to purchase as audiobooks…

Be sure to listen to your books for at least 20 minutes a day…

  4. Get a Financial Planner Who Is Financially Free

There is a whole industry of people trained to offer you advice on planning your finances…

Go out and interview as many financial planners as you can…

Ask them if they are financially free (have more passive income than expenses)…

Qualify them first and make sure they are qualified to give you sound advice…

If your financial planner is not financially free, find out who in their firm is financially free…

…attend their trainings, seminars and get advice from them…

As a guideline, find someone who is in your circumstances, however is doing much better than you (if you have kids, they have kids…if you are healthy, they are healthy…)

Eliminate those who don’t qualify quickly and move on to the professionals who are qualified to assist you.

  5. Grow Your Network of Financially Free Friends

Ask around and find out who is financially free in your network of friends…

This social circle can be people in your area, people in your social media network, people who graduated from the same school as you…

Then go out and meet them, and become their friend.

There are usually people in your own community and social circle who are doing much better with money than others…

Be humble, and ask for their advice…

Offer them your services, be open to finding out what you are doing wrong, and to model what they are doing right.

Most people who are doing well financially will share their advice with people who want to be successful too…

Show that you want to put in the time to become successful and follow their advice, then more advice will come…

Conclusion

Most people don’t look for mentors to become financially free, so when you start looking you will find them…

They are more than happy to help those who are self motivated and willing to follow their advice, no matter where you are in your finances…

…following their advice, and being in their sphere of influence will drastically change your finances, and put you on a speedy path to Financial Freedom…
