  1. With an extra $300,000, I would pay off my home and take my family on an incredible trip!!

    1. Hi Shaye, you are a spender! As long as it’s spent, even on your mortgage, it is not making money for you, and it makes it harder to become financially free.

  2. FIRST I Give 25% Away
Second I Go to the County Tax Auction and Purchase 3 Houses One to live in and 2 to Rent.
Third, Pay for My granddaughters Waldorf Education
Fourth, Invest in Advertising and Tools for My Business.
Last But Not Least a Short Vacation 🙂

  3. First i will pay full amount of my husband car,my house loan,my education for my two kids, put some amount in my two kids savings in the bank, buy additional seedlings in our farm and buy a track to use in the farm.

    1. Hi Berlyn, I can tell you are a very giving person, however, you will never be free if you don’t make the money work for you first, before spending it.

  4. appreciate the post. First thing I’d do without question is give away 10% to charity ($30k). then split the reminder in half where 50% is for essentials e.g. mortgage, billis tuition fees, etc.

then with the other 50% left over split it down to where 10% goes to self-education/growth, 10% is saved, 10% for investing, 10% is for play money e.g. going to a spa for the day or take the family to US open tennis finals.

    What tell me your thoughts??

    1. I like how you have percentages for your money, though I would always pay myself first.

  5. great read! Mind over matter and it’s all about generating a successful mindset. Invest in what makes you your absolute best!
