The Formula for Happiness and Effortless Cashflow

The Formula for Happiness and Effortless Cashflow
The Formula for Happiness and Effortless Cashflow

…it’s Mey here on a beautiful Friday night here at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf with my good friend and business associate Candice Box and I’m going to do the Formula for Happiness and Effortless Cashflow (from the Unstoppable Dream course from Empower Network)…

…so let’s begin…

…how many more years do you have to live in your life?

…how many days do you have left?

…so what does your ideal average day look like…

…there are no limitations or consequences…

…let’s do this!

…I wake up happy in the morning, and do some happy affirmations and think about what I’m grateful for…

…then, if the surf is good, I grab my surfboard and head out to the beach and catch some waves (if there are no waves, then I go to a Yoga class instead, or jogging)…

…I’m surfing in Waikiki and the waves are about 2-4 feet…

…I’m super happy to be out in the ocean and enjoying the beauty outside…

…then after about an hour I come in and come home to take a shower and then have a healthy breakfast with my husband, son and mom…

…breakfast is a healthy shake that my mom made or that I made, and then I would have rice porridge with fruit…

…Jomel will be transitioning into more healthy food by drinking the shake…

…then my mom takes the kiddies on an excursion and Jomel goes off and works on his projects and I meditate…

…after my meditation, I do my daily blog and marketing for an hour…

…I then grab my hubby for a fun private little break ; )…

…then we both grab a snack and grab our kids and head over to the gym and work out while our children play with their friends…

…our gym has more space so that I can reserve a room where I can do my basic kungfu exercises for a half an hour to an hour…

…if we’re feeling really energetic, I may weight lift with Jomel too, or go for a run…

…after an hour or so, we head home again, eat a healthy lunch of last ¬†night’s left overs…

…and then everyone takes a nap, listening to beautiful healing music…

…we wake up in the afternoon and I curl up with a book while Daddy and my Mom go out with the kids to buy groceries…

…I work on my weekly live presentation, and do some accounting prep to give to our accountant…

…now that it’s closer to evening, everyone’s back home and we have dinner made by our cook/housekeeper…

…after dinner my mom goes to her room and we play with the kids in the living room, tidy up together, sing songs and help each other get ready for bed…

…if they are old enough, I read them stories, or we watch family movies together…

…the kids fall asleep and we tuck them in, and then I meditate while Jomel finishes up his social media and talking to his friends and business partners on the phone…

…sometimes, Jomel joins me and meditates too…

…after we’re done, we do some light massaging and then I go to sleep thinking about what I’m grateful for and saying my current affirmations…

…well, what was your ideal average day?

…write it and it will happen…

…that is the formula…
