    …I live on brown rice…

    …what does that mean?

    …it means on the days that I go to work I have to eat brown rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner to fill me up!

    …brown rice has good slow burning carbohydrates that give you a lot of energy during the day…

    …slow burning means the sugar in brown rice burns slowly instead of spiking your sugar…

    …that’s why it gives steady energy…

    …if you incorporate brown rice on days when you need a lot of energy, you will find that you stay energetic most of the day…

    …another tip is to add protein and other nutrients to your rice by mixing the rice with a different kind of bean, lentil or other similar type of nutritious food…
