Are You Making this Critical Sleeping Mistake?

…how important is sleep to you?

 

…if you are on this blog then you know I focus on financial freedom lifestyle, and that includes getting the proper amount of rest…

 

…I’m sure you’ve heard that a lack of sleep can seriously impair your thinking and your health…

 

…and that too much sleep can make you more tired…

 

…so what is the right amount of sleep?

 

…are you getting enough and are you making this critical sleeping mistake?

 

…actually, most people know exactly how much sleep they need every night to be healthy, happy and strong…

 

…you can tell easily when you’ve slept too much and also when you haven’t slept enough…

 

…the critical mistake that most people make is that they don’t listen to their own bodies…

 

…I remember meeting this lady when I lived in Taiwan…

 

…she only had 2-3 hours of sleep every night…

 

…that’s all she needed…

 

…she really didn’t need anymore…

 

…she wasn’t a workaholic or anything, her body was just different…

 

…just stopping, sitting quietly and asking yourself how much sleep you should be getting is all you really need to do…

 

…and remember, if you are working out a lot, then you need more sleep to recover…

 

…stress of any kind will cause you to need more sleep, and that includes working out for training events like an Ironman or a weight lifting competition…

 

…it also includes eating high sugar, processed foods, alcohol and other substances that harm and stress out your digestive system…

 

…and of course it includes emotional stress from work, or your regular life routine…

 

…all these factors come into play in how much sleep you need to get…

 

…so don’t make that critical mistake, ask your body how much sleep it  needs today, under the current circumstances, and then get your ZZZZs…

  1. Love your blog, I have sleep apnea and until I bought a clap machine I suffered from lack of sleep, so I can really relate to your blog about the need for the right amount of sleep
